For anyone installing the brake ducts, I know there was a lot of complaint about how difficult getting the hoses attached to the backing plates was, including some people cutting the backing plates, etc.

We got the hoses on in 3-5 mins per side by spraying the inside of the hose w/ WD40 and pressing the hose onto the backing plate w/ a screwing motion.

Its very much on me. Just let me know when and I'll use my small plastic cardshaped beer conjuring device.

Thanks for the help, I romped on the car last night until I could not drive anymore, lol. I can barely move today, and I wasn't the one under the car fighting the exhaust all night.

and for the record, gear oil tastes terrible, but leaves your hair very smooth and shiney.

Sounds good man...

Yeah I am sore as hell today, but like I said I didn't have anything better to do so no big deal. No hair anymore here, maybe it's a good head-polish, though? I'm going to do the diff fluid in mine either this weekend or next. Should only take 20 mins...

He said those over facebook when I was hunting for helping hands for my install. The brake ducts went like clockwork, the rear-end cover was a mess, and the exhaust was a nightmare (thanks Bell ford for reinstalling my factory H pipe upside down, a marvelous trick that 06GT's chiropractor absolutely appreciated).

Christmas was very good for my BAUS 302 this year; FRPP Sparco Circuit seat coming 1/23, 302S hood from Paul Brown coming Tuesday, Carbon Fiber decklid coming from Carbon creations 1/13 and BBK 85 mm throttle body from AM coming 1/12.
(My paint shop is going to have a good New Year's) Also got some Ford Racing swag from my kids, shirts, hoodie etc.

Steve when you were at the Glen did you run the long or the short course? Did you get any lap times you would care to post?
