Sorry about that, correcting spelling and grammar is one of my OCD quirks. It drives my family and colleagues crazy)
And if no one has said it, welcome to TMS. Glad you love your Boss. A lot of us are frustrated about the TK release. It has become a great source of humor and razzing between the Boss owners and others. All in good fun ( I think)

With all due respect and remember I said with all due respect the whining about the track key is so old now I have no more sympathy for it.
I feel like taking a track key and gouging my eyes out of their sockets at this point. If i hear one more time about how great the car is and how much better it is than anything on the road but I was promised a track key that I would have to pay more for and I'm gonna cry like a little ***** till I get one is old. It's to the point that it is comical.

Email Questions:
What is the difference in the emission ratings between a 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 driving with TracKey and driving without TracKey?
Please include the Global Warming Score, Annual Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Smog Score, Emissions Certification Standard and Annual Smog Emissions for the following vehicles:
2012 Ford Mustang Boss Coupe without TracKey
2012 Ford Mustang Boss Coupe with TracKey
2012 Ford Mustang GT500 Coupe
Also, I would like to know what issues Ford is having before they can release TracKey to many anxious 2012 Boss owners.

TracKey was not an option our salesman tried to sell us when we purchased our Boss; it was advertised by Ford before the Boss was on the showroom floors.
It is bait and switch? Perhaps; perhaps not - that is not for me to decide; for now. My issues are with Ford not my Boss. We get nothing but roomers ….next month, next month. Well I am tired of Ford being voiceless about TracKey.
Regardless of who’s at fault no one can refute the fact FMC has been unwilling and/or unable to be forth coming about the release of TracKey!
Whether you agree with me about a class action law suit; one thing we all have in common besides owing a Boss is: Ford is yanking every Boss owner’s chain about the release of TracKey.

As for Ford's silence, I suppose it's already been forgotten that Ford was actively trying to patent the technology behind the TK. Trade secrets being what they are, it doesn't surprise me one bit that we haven't heard more from Ford on the matter.

In my opinion the trackey adds to the allure, personality, and all out coolness of the car. It was definitely something that was on my mind when I was thinking about buying and then when I finally pulled the trigger.
I have been waiting very patiently for it to come out, and am happy to hear I won't be disappointed.....
I can understand while others are "anxious" as well...

Even if that's true, it'll be good enough for me. Last track day of the season is this Saturday and I obviously won't have track key for it (which certainly means I'll get passed by every Miata and Volkswagen Golf on the track), so whether it's 11/2/2011 or 3/02/12 makes no difference to me ![Dunno](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/dunno.gif)
