Blind Spot Mirrors on '13 Boss

This may be a dumb question but, hey, I'm a newbie as you can see from my post count so please forgive me.

I was under the apparently mistaken impression that the 2013 non-LS Boss came with the outside blind spot mirrors. Mine did not and I'm uncomfortable with the large blind spots in this car with the small rear window.

Is it possible to swap out just the glass portion of the mirrors to the blind-spot version on the 2013 Boss?

Can anyone tell me what the process is for exchanging the mirrors? Is it as easy as just popping out the plain mirror and popping in the ones with the integrated blind spots or is there more to it?

Hopefully it's a simple swap out and I can just pick up a set of the blind spot mirrors (glass only) at a junkyard.
