Thanks for taking so many pictures. I always bring my camera but rarely end up taking any pictures.
No problem! Yep, the storms are coming in quick!

That was the amazing part, there were 700 mustangs and you really felt like there were no two alike!

This was my first trip down to this event. It’s pretty amazing. Not just Mustang Alley (which was amazing) but the entire event. 7 miles of people lining the street and bumper to bumper traffic in both directions. Cars parked in every parking space, parking lot and any vacant space in the 7 mile strip. It really reminds you of how deep the love affair is with Americans and their cars. If you consider yourself a "car guy" It is tryly is something that is worth making the trip in to see at least once.

That was a crazy storm! I just made it back to the house; there's a tree down on the side street I normally take to my house, and the lights are jittering a little bit.

Dang, you should have came over and introduced yourself. Can't believe I have been here 3 full days and only met a few of you.

How do they take the GB Boss off of the rotating stand so quick?

I saw your Indiana Plated LS, so I asked if the owner was around. A Burnette said yes, I met your wife. She told me she hadn't even let you Drive the Boss yet!

I met him yesterday, it was great seeing the people responsible for the car there right in the thick of it today.

Ah yeah, she mentioned that someone came over looking for me and that would be something she would say.

Yep; he took a group pic with us TMS guys, and has a good sense of humor (reference to the second pic, for those that were there). We gotta wait for them to get the official Mustang Alley pics posted, as no cameras were allowed at the track event.

I probably saw you a half dozen times at the Proving Grounds but didn't know it was you.

Trying to get together on Woodward is next to impossible considering the amount of people and cars. Oh well, there's always next year!

Jay pointed me out to you, but you were always on the opposite side of the parking lot or PRC to walk over to. Hopefully we'll have a bigger turnout next year, and maybe try to plan some other events for those of you who come in from out of town.

I spent most of the day with Boomer, his bro in law, Stangpilot, and my girlfriend. We met up with Jay earlier in the day when he was hunting for coffee. All in all, a great experience with some great people. Best cruise I've been a part of yet.

Great day and my first time at Mustang Alley too. Holy crap I'm tired and currently editing photos from the day. Shame the weather kicked the late afternoon cruise, but I did spot a white camouflaged Mustang on the way home...

Did you get to check out his Trackey idle? Apparently he has a far more aggressive tune than we'll be getting. It's the lopey idle that's been an issue with track key. Ours will likely be even less aggressive than first planned and certainly less than Dave's. Plus it will only be evident at idle not under motion. Still I was assured by another engineer that all else is as it was meant to be. I pushed him, Dave and anyone else who would listen to hide a level of programming to be unlocked in the future. Probably won't happen though, as outside of the idle I was told nothing was left on the table. Fun weekend even though I couldn't convince anyone at Ford to hook up their laptop to my Boss. ;-) The wife and I are planning on returning next year and dragging some friends along.

Thanks for the pics. Been trying to get down there for some time now. Lots of Mustang/Car energy. Booking a weeks vacation next year for sure.
