FWIW, I recently had my 2013 LS track Key activated also. I can barely tell a difference in my car. The engine braking is somewhat improved, thank God. The mid-range improvements, if any, are pretty lame. The $302 plus tax cost of the permission slip from Ford Racing and $110 on the all day install (three reflashes to get it to take) ran the cost up to about $450. I'd guess I got about $45 worth of performance. 10 Cents on the dollar! I wanted to keep this car all Ford but I'd never waste the money on Track Key if I had it to do over. Too bad really.

I probably should have spent the money on a CAI and good aftermarket tune. I actually debated this for quite a while. I don't see how it could be any less bang for the buck. Just my 2 cents worth.

It amazes me that there are so many different opions about TK. Some people claim its the best thing sense sliced bread and others claim its just not worth it.

I like it. Wasent worth $400.00..but I've tried a aftermarket tune and the Trackey gave me better results at the track, and without any issues, unlike the aftermarket tune.

TK was a great idea
but poor results after CA smog probably gutted out the good stuff for track
then of course the reduced warranty drama

What's the latest with TK and Ford CPO warranty?
anyone know for sure? no guessing....
