Any disadvantage to having 9.5 SVE drift rims squared?
I'm thinking about getting the SVE Drifts with Nitto tires. The price is unreal - $1699.00 - and they look really sweet, at least in pics on the interweb tubes.
The deal from Late Model Restorations is HERE.
To see what they look like on a Kona Blue car, click HERE.
I'm wondering if there's any disadvantage to going with a 19x9.5 square setup as opposed to the stock 19x9/19x9.5 that I have now.
What does the hive say?

Are you going square with your tires? If not then you should be fine, if so then you may want to look at where you drive and see if there are bad ruts in the road. Also why not 18's? Cheaper everything with those.

Okay so I wouldn't have to go square with the tires? If I did, what would be the consequences re: ruts etc.
Sorry for the ignorance, but I know nearly nothing about tires.

Tramlining which if have driven on roads with ruts the fronts get in them and they are only 255's. Just makes for an interesting drive. I think you can probably run as little as a 275 or 285 on a 9.5 and as big as a 295 or 305, so you wouldn't have to run square.
