Notice the last paragraph of the article. Color me confused! He also said you can't get the Track Key till the car is paid off, first I've heard of that.

 

You can't believe everything you read either. He also says it has SYNC, which it doesn't. So I would put absolutely zero credibility into things he says about this car. Just like the salesman at the dealership yesterday trying to tell me the Boss they had sitting out on the lot(marked up $10,000 of course) had the "glass roof option". I straightened him out then walked away chuckling lol

 

When I purchased my car and picked it up at the dealer I let the sales manager try and figure out why SYNC wasn't working for two minutes before I told him it didn't have SYNC.

 

Funny, usually Burgess is pretty good on facts in his reviews. I suggest you email him with the facts. They'll probably update the online article to reflect that.

 

After purchasing the car as I was getting into the car to drive it off the lot my salesman asked if I had been trained on how everything worked on the car including how to sync my phone to the receiver. Granted this was the same guy who was surprised that nobody ordered the Boss with leather.

He was a great salesman, I just had to educate him on what the Boss was.

 

I believe that it just stated incorrectly. Check out the Boss manual, it says something like, the Key will be programmed when the owner takes possession of the car. Nuthing bout financing situations. :-) a mistake methinks

 

I actually emailed the writer shortly after the article was posted and haven't received a response. Deysha said that Ford even emailed the writer requesting he correct the inaccurate information. He hasn't corrected anything yet...
