I just got an e-mail but when I click on the link to "See your offer" the certificate has no claim #.
What does that mean?

I will try that but I don't think the dealer will let you close the deal on a car they don't have.

I also received an email and Tri-Fold with and with-out the $750.00 offer (not good for BOSS), I'm in the same boat as you,,,I want the $750.00 and don't understand the lottery method of distributions for the $$$$.

Once you have the mailer, you can call your dealer now to check it's validity. You don't have to wait to buy before checking. The program numbers may be region specific, so there may be more than one program number that's valid.
