Mine was a cardboard trifold with a perforated certificate in the middle of a page. I don't remember the program number specifically, but mine did mention the hybrids and Shelby GT500, so I would say you have what I had, which worked for me

I also received an email and Tri-Fold with and with-out the $750.00 offer (not good for BOSS), I'm in the same boat as you,,,I want the $750.00 and don't understand the lottery method of distributions for the $$$$.

 

Once you have the mailer, you can call your dealer now to check it's validity. You don't have to wait to buy before checking. The program numbers may be region specific, so there may be more than one program number that's valid.

Well count yourself very lucky. Apparently they are no longer giving out #33526. I just got and e-mail and it is program #33502 - not valid on Boss. Someone at the promotions dept must have realized there screw up and pulled all the 33526s.

 

The eMail offer I got was rejected. The accepted one was snail mail.
At least a few folks got lucky this time around. I was just trying to help.
