So I'm going to attempt to replace my coil packs this weekend. I'm looking at OEM Duralast, Bosch, MSD or Motorcraft. Has anyone done this and is it difficult? I've been told all I need is a 7mm socket.

Well I went with Duralast and replaced all 8 coil packs. Took her out for a spin and she felt great. Hopefully this has fixed the engine light flashing problem! 2013 Boss 302 Mustang Freak-photo515.jpg2013 Boss 302 Mustang Freak-photo518.jpg2013 Boss 302 Mustang Freak-photo326.jpg

It's too early to tell. It's been very sporadic and I'll have to drive it for awhile to see if the light stays off.

So after 8 years of ownership I decided to pamper her a little bit. I'm getting her detailed not the ceramic detail I'm too cheap for that but I think she'll look pretty good when completed.

So it's officially the saddest day of the year! Now I live vicariously through the rest of my southern and brave northern TMSERS.

I hear ya, just put my girls away for the winter. Figured it's time since they are calling for some snow. Also did a detail on both mine. Took the entire day on Saturday. Just built this garage this summer for one car then bought another mustang. Found a way to squeeze two in. Lol this pic was from earlier in the fall didn't get a recent one to busy prepping for the snow. Also your pampered girl looks good.

Looking very good there M Freak! Car looks very very nice. I agree on the sad day bit. Mine looks just like yours. Under the covers until the spring thaw and the roads are cleaned up.

They're calling for 2-4" here in southwest PA from Wednesday evening into Thursday

They just updated the forecast over to 5"-8" from 7AM Wednesday until 7AM Thursday
