I wish they would show us and compare the non-LS 2013 to the 2012. Its kinda odd shong a 2013 LS and a regular 2012. I guess the LS and non-LS are similar enough, but still. I wanna see how it looks without the splitter (unless the 2013 has that splitter as well for non-LS models).

Any confirmation on '13 Boss colors? Is Grabber Blue still in the mix? Also, I wish they had taken the '70 stripe design all the way as in extending the hockey stick onto the hood. The way it is it looks like something is missing. I suppose the location of the hood vents might have interfered with the stripe but they could have moved the vent to avoid that. Still very cool though.

 

I like both, but looking at the front side by side, the 13' looks cross-eyed a bit with the Hid's mounted inward compared to the 12'. Still, I would like own a 13' along with my 12'.

They might on a regular Boss. The LS seems to be a riff on the actual '70 race car graphics.

 

I finally got a good look at the '13 taillights at the link. They look like kinda cheap with the way the light reflects off the plastic surface - they seem one-dimensional and plasticy to me.

 

No photos to confirm, but the standard Boss will have the stripes continue up & over the hood similar to the '70 style.
Grabber Blue will be a '13 color.

 

Like the painted lowers.

 

If the tail lights will swap...I'm gonna have to have the newer tail lights.... unless Axiom releases smoked versions on the 12 lights. I think the blacked out look on the rear of a black LS would be sweet.

Thanks for posting the pics. The 2012 Boss has some 'edge' that the 2013 does not.

That said, if I was going for a Shelby, I would go for the 2013 with guns blazing.

650 horsepower.

I have not worried about how much it costs to insure a vehicle for a couple of decades.

The 2013 Shelby would cause me to ring my insurance agent first before I made the purchase...
