to respond to the OP:
I was in a similar predicament, had a 12 GT Premium Brembo 3.73 manual on order for invoice, $750 private cash rebate, total @33k + docs taxes, what did I do? I got a Boss for $44.8k + docs taxes ( yes I paid the ADM, I really really wanted one).

12k difference: why did I do it?
well I test drove the GT, loved it, but immediately wished the suspension werent as mushy and vague in the curves, yearned for more than 6750 RPM while WOT, wished for a quicker grabbing clutch, wished for orange as an available color ( like old muscle car my dad had), wished for louder exhaust.
-> in the end that GT was gonna cost me +10k in mods anyway...

happy Boss owner now, not looking back
