Same thing here. Dark finish, no plate, 3 small hex screws with 4 nuts, and 2 slightly large hex screws with 1 nylock nut. I have extra nylocks and will look at work for the smaller hex screw tomorrow but I have no plate. How about just refunding the different for a black no plate brace..

Just installed mine and really happy with receiving the wrinkled black finish, flows well with my double strut bar. Gives it that business look when I peak at the rearview mirror..poor mans Boss LS, LOL .I received my tracking # for the billet steeda plate due on monday, thanks again for another great product
