MRT Hood Struts now fit 1994-1998 Mustangs, in addition to 1999-2004, 2005-2012 and 1979-1993 Mustangs!
MRT Hood Struts for 1994-2004 Mustang eliminate the need for the factory hood prop and give you the clean, pleasing appearance every engine compartment deserves. They give show cars an impressive look that sets them apart from the crowd.
MRT Hood Strut Brackets are made out of high-quality stainless steel in order to ensure durability. The Hood Strut Kit reuses OEM factory attachment points, allowing you to directly bolt on the struts. Unlike other available kits, MRT Hood Struts require absolutely NO DRILLING into your Mustang. The install is quick and easy. The only tool you will need is a 10mm wrench.
Brackets in the kit feature a quality black or silver power-coat and the struts are finished in black. The Hood Strut Kit is designed to work with factory hoods. Aftermarket hoods that vary in weight may or may not be appropriate for use with this kit. Our sales team may be able to offer advice based on the weight of the hood, but we can offer no guarantee.
