We were driving through the Black Hills and Custer State Park, when a Z28 passed in the opposite direction. As we came abreast, he gave me a thumbs up and a wave - first one

 

nice, I thumb up a lot of nice looking Challengers or chargers if I spot any.
I cant wait till I see my first Hellcat probably by next year, I will thumb up the sh_t out of it
have not seen a Z28 yet.

 

There are nice-looking Chargers? I haven't seen any. I hate the way that car looks. The Challenger is gorgeous, however.

 

I will also give a thumbs up to some Challengers. (never a Camaro though, that would be wrong - sorry OP).

 

I think I saw somewhere online that GM was marketing the Camaro's to the gay community.

Something similar happened to me in May, a week after my got my GT 'vert.

I was on Rt 80 in the middle lane doing about 75mph, top down of course, and I noticed a brand new red Camaro 'vert, also top down, in the distance behind me. He was gaining speed, weaving in and out of the lanes and it was apparent that he was trying to catch up to me. I figured he wanted to race and I just wasn't going to play that game.

He pulled up along side of me, honked, then he and his passenger yelled out "nice car dude". I reciprocated, he stayed with me for about a half mile, then he nailed it and sped away. Must say I was flattered.
