It depends on the dealer's website, but they *usually* clearly say "in transit" if they're not physically on the lot yet.

 

I ran down to my local dealership and they had one on the lot. Trying to load pics but this silly site won't let me. Anyway, I was on the fence about some of the styling elements but she really looks good sitting there among the sea of Edge's, Focus's and Fiesta's.

 

If you access the site from the web instead of the app it should work uploading pics.. At least that what I've been told

 

Our first four 2015's are still showing that they are at the plant. Our first one was built in August. Word is many are built, but parked at the plant - something about a big nationwide delivery in a short period of time.

In 10 pages (26 cars per page) worth of 2015 Mustangs in the search I did in our region, the only cars in transit were: 4 to Kansas City area, 1 to Idaho, and 1 to Steamboat Springs, CO. Everything else showing still at the plant. "Plant" means being built or already built, in the system I have direct access to. Been bugging my Inventory Manager since August, but he doesn't seem to have much more information on when we'll see our 2015 Mustangs.

 

Hey guys went by and saw one today in person at my dealership. They look so good in person the pictures do not do this car justice. It was a black 5.0 the think that surprised me the most is no room in the engine bay at all. My 2011 has a lot compared to the new one. Now if mine will get here I will be happy. I got a build date of 10/27/14.
