If you are referring to the CD Jukebox feature where you can record and store CD's for playback, then no, it does not. The new Mustang uses the current MyFordTouch SD card technology for storing the navigation locations. In the previous system the excess space left over from the navigation hard drive allowed for the storing of music.
Yes, you can listen to music stored on an SD card. You can also listen to music stored on a thumb drive or IPod device using the USB slots with the system. Any device that you plug in will also be 'indexed' by the system and allows you to use a voice command to find a particular song or artist. You can even save a photo stored from a plugged in SD or USB device as a background for the MyFordTouch 8" screen.

Also, if you have the Nav, you can't use that SD card to store music. If you remove that SD card to put your music one in, you won't have access to the navigation system.
I just bought a Thumb drive for a couple bucks and loaded my music on there so I didn't have to worry about not having access to the navigation. If you don't have navigation, then it doesn't matter whether you use the SD card or a thumbdrive in the USB.
