I was on the EchoBoost forum this afternoon when someone showed an Oasis post for the recall. it stated:

"Certain 2015 MY Mustangs equipped with 2.3L engines. Fuel supply tube assembly replacement".

I ran my EB, by VIN through Ford and NHTSA and did not find anything pertaining to my EB. So, it may only be early builds as mine was built in later October....wishful thinking

Glad Ford have picked this up early..........but it'd be even better if they didn't have to recall them at all.

Thanks for posting, SD CALSPCL! Owner Letters are expected to be mailed the week of 12/15/14. Dealers will repair any affected vehicles whether or not the customer has received a letter. They can also check here for any recalls.

You are welcome Deysha. I hope I didn't step on any toes here. I was concerned since it was being reported as a possible fire hazard. I picked up my spare tire kit today (really nice alloy wheel! - not the usual steelie with yellow labels all over it) and had the service department check my VIN. Looks like I may have dodged the bullet, as my EB was not in the system.
