To me those "hips" look more like those seen on C2 Corvettes.

The only rendering that matters will be the actual Ford Rendering we will see after the car is released.

I like Sean's design, was curious to see what it would look like a little curvy, less angular. I messed with it a bit, very rough. what do you think?

That's a good effort although (no offense) I still prefer Sean's original. I appreciate you've probably raised the roofline to improve visibility and make it more "production-like".....but it makes it look a little "bubble-topped" to me

Totally agree. I'll take this nose or something akin to it, thank you:

I rather a Mustang looked like a Mustang. If I wanted a Focus, I'd buy a Focus

Would you buy a 420 hp Focus? If it performed well, who cares what it is? And a new nose doesn't make it not look like a Mustang. I'm tiring of the same nose profile that looks the same on every 05-12, with a slight change to 13-14. Doesn't look aerodynamic/sleek enough to me.

I agree. That focus is pretty nice looking. Really dig that front end. I really hope they make it very stylish and something similar to this. Hope fully like an evolution of the 2013. Like an evolved Shelby Cobra. Then again they could go with something completely opposit and still do it right.

But it's not just how it performs, least not to me. Mustang is more than just a performance car. It's almost 50 years of history and those early cars are now legends. The '05-'14 stole some of that reflected glory in the way they look.....but it's part of the appeal.....to remind me of those glorious classic Mustangs.

The Focus, great car though it is, is just a nice car for getting from A to B. Even a 420bhp would have limited appeal.

But that's just me

I agree; I just totally muffed on what I was trying to say. What I meant was, just use the Focus front end, keep the rest Mustang. Dont want it reinvented, just a modern change and that nose is sweet and looks relatively easily adaptable to a stang. Trying to picture something similar with stang fogs. Might have to break Photoshop out.

I feel the same way. Depending on how the 15MY looks will decide my next addition to the stable.

Same here. Ive never been able to own a Mustang. Test dove a few them and even had a parked 67 coupe for a month. I finally have a good paying job and after a few years of saving I might finally be able to get one. Depending on my situation financially I might get a 2015 or get a used 2011/12 GT. Would prefer the next model since it will more than likely be smaller and lighter.

Concentrate on your credit, if needed, as it is as important, of not more so, than your savings. You can get one with $0 down with good enough credit, though of course the more down, the less financed and the lower the payment. Im buying with only $1,000 down (for various reasons) and it wasnt that long ago that I had horrid credit. You can build up credit fast by using credit cards to buy your day to day things and dumping your paycheck into them to pay them off/down right away. Depending on your situation you could be ready for a '15 in '14.

I am looking forward to MY15. I would love to buy one. But only if the MT82 is gone or fixed properly.
