Pictures of interior packages please!

I am trying to decide if I should order redline seats or the premier interior package with color accents. ford's website has such horrible documentation and photos of these options I'm not sure if I want to order them or not! If you can send pictures or descriptions of the differences that would be great! Thanks!

I agree....the Ford site does a very poor job at interior descriptions. Also there are few options.

I know the feeling. I really want the redline interior as long as it really is red and not rust orange! The few photos that I've found vary significantly between red & orange, which I am assuming is a problem with the photograph & lighting.

I am counting on it looking like this photo posted by JJG in the Wimbledon White vs. Oxford White discussion. Hopefully this link I pasted below sends you to that photo.

In any case, I bit the bullet and ordered redline leather in my convertible, which is supposed to arrive sometime between 12/28/14-1/20/15. Whenever I get it, I'll post photos and make sure they reflect the true redline color.

I am also confused on the redline option. If I order the premier trim and redline option will that give me red stiching and red door cards? And is this available only with black/ebony seats?

OK it works like this:

Premier Trim with Ebony Seats = Contrast (white) stitching on seats, door leather inserts, dash plus the different aluminum, etc
Premier Trim with Redline Seats= Contrast stitching (not sure of color) on red seats with the ebony trim and red leather door inserts plus the rest of the premium trim options.
Premier Trim with Redline Recaro Seats= Contrast Red Stitching on Black Recaros with red leather door panels, etc. There seems to be some confusion with this option at the factory though as I recall seeing at least one car with black leather panels and red stitching in this configuration.

What is different about the aluminum? I know with the Performance Pack you get the turned aluminum finish. But the Build & Price pictures of the aluminum look the same on the non-PP whether or not you have the Premier Trim. It would be sweet if you actually can get the turned aluminum with Premiere even if you don't have PP.

Here is the door placard from my 2015 GT PP with the Redline interior option. I also have leather Recaro's with the 68b premier trim package.

When we ordered the little woman's GT Premium, we specificly ordered it Without the premere trim option. I'm hoping it comes in correctly done, as we both hate white stitching in black leather/ vinyl seats.

Thanks for that pic of the door insert, I had no idea that was even possible and I like it a lot. A couple questions for you if you don't mind.

1. What else was stitched in red other than the front inserts and the seats?

2. I'm thinking of buying a GT soon and have been playing with the Ford online configurator. Every time I pick "Premier Trim with Color Accent Group" and "Recaros with red line" it forces me to pick an exterior color other than Race Red. Can you not get a red car with black interior and red stitching? That seems like a money combo to me.....

I have the red line premier package, automatic so no pp package. Red seats, and red door panels. Here is the part you cannot see in Ford's order examples, stitching, all red in contrast with charcoal black leather : middle of shifter boot, middle of console lid, around door inserts, across top of dash and next to the red in the seats. They did a good job of adding these touches.

Thanks, glad to hear they did the dash pad as well. Sounds like the only thing they missed was the steering wheel. Post some pics!

Well, I am confused. I have the same door cards, but with the Dark Saddle seats, and no Premier trim package. I didn't know about it and apparently the dealers don't either, since I have yet to see one.

I have recently ordered a new GT. Had the same question about the Premium interior. I have Ford's customer service description, dealers description and have looked at at least 40 cars. As I could not see one or had a description that I could understand I elected to order my car without the option. Also I was pleased with the interiors I saw.

Hope this helps.

OK, question. I'm thinking about ordering a Premium GT with PP. I'm torn between the Saddle seats and the Premier redline. Is there a difference in the material above the door cards on the Premier interior option? My dealer has a Premier Ebony interior and it has soft-touch material where your arm rests if you are "flat-arming".

Does the stock interior on the Premium GT have hard plastics in that location?
