Pics of Steeda Intake Installed
All-in-all, not a bad install. I did deviate from the instructions at one point by installing the factory cold air feed, then installing the Steeda airbox (instructions call for installing the feed onto the airbox, the installing the entire unit together...I couldn't get it to work that way). There was one piece that appeared to be missing; a plug for capping the hole left after the removal of the factory cold air feed resonator. The plug included was way to small (talking to Steeda now about that). You can see the hole that needs to be plugged right in front and below of the airbox.
<Edit: plug is on its way, just didn't make it into this particular kit.>

That looks Great! The airbox looks much better than then pictured on the Steeda website. Did you get it with or without a tune? How does it sound -- do you get a nice induction roar when accelerating?
I don't believe the tune is ready yet, so I'm still running my Bama 93, with the restrictor installed (which is actually a pretty slick piece on its own).
I just putted around the neighborhood yesterday, so no feedback yet on WOT sound or feel.
I do have to say, I found it interesting that the box seals almost entirely against the hood and under the upper fend trim (can see it in the first pic, you have to tuck the box and gasket [which is installed around the entire box]). It appears the it truly only pulls are from the factory cold air feed and from the hood vent.

Why yes, yes we do. Please shoot me an email at tim@steeda.com & I will help provide pricing on the 2015 Steeda CAI.
