The owner of a vehicle cannot profit from an insurance claim. Assuming the dealer routes the repair to their own service department, parts and labor are calculated at cost.
Also, a dealer is tax exempt in NJ so no sales tax is paid.

Offer them 5600 less on the car and buy it with 1 rim and tire.1892 a tire and rim is crazy.. Let them keep the three other rims and tires.. I wouldn't pay a dime.. Let them take you to court.. I say bluff.

But as I said earlier, let insurance handle it. Don't deal with them directly. They are trying to profit on this.

Dealership would have insurance but usually a high deductible. Very likely $1000. Not a lawyer but sounds like you are responsible for at least the deductible. Yes it's an accident but it's about accountability. No different if you hit another parked car.
