Most body styles got more aggressive as the years went on. Probably will again.

He also mentioned in his post the hood is longer and the car itself is wider over the current 2014 model as well.. If the 2015 does appear to look visually larger over the current 2014 S-197 in anyway ? Then I definitely wont be interested in upgrading as the current model is huge enough as it is now..
I say yes, a bit. Even from the rear, which I think is and was too big.

There are a lot of side by side / photoshopped comparos online, and you can see visually the dimensions are almost identical (height aside).

Do like the fastback and tail lights in the pics I have seen. How are they in real life?

IMHO the car appears to be wider and a little lower but about the same volume if that makes any sense? I prefer the GT front over the LE.

Even better on person. If you like it in pics, you'll love it in person. I thought the rear looked odd in pics. I like it in person. Roofline is awesome. Stance is perfect now, to me.

My only question is this, are the tail lights sequential? I've seen video of the car and they just flash.. But those cars were prototypes.. Anyone have video of production taillights in operation?

So now that you've seen the 15MY in person.. Do you like it far better over your current S-197 that you would either trade it in or sell it in order to get the new S550 ?

I understood your post perfectly Gary.. In other words the overall size volume is about the same, but the overhangs are shorter and the height is lower when compared with the current S-197 ?

It's true that this car photographs really oddly, and I don't know why.

A lot of the lines and curves aren't conveyed well in a pic.

Nope, not yet. But I can only compare looks right now.

I have 2 '12's. Ordered the V6 MCA, then loved the looks so much, I hunted for and found a used Boss. The Boss trumps the '15's for me. The V6 MCA? Not yet. I prefer the looks of the '12's, but the handling and interior might persuade me someday to trade the V6. The 15 is awesome... but still I'll prefer the '12 on looks alone.

If I was looking for a new one right now, between 15 and 14? The 15 for sure. The lines on the 15's' in the hips , the hood, the roof, are all very well done. The only time it says Fusion a bit is from dead on, head-to-head. After that, it's pure, next-gen Mustang to me. They are very nicely done, and quite aggressive - and will be more so over time. Can't wait to see even wider tires.

(Nit: The 50th has the circle around the horse in back. I'll miss that on non-LEs... looks naked without it.)

I was sorta sold on a Boss based on reading, but really fell in love after driving it. I would never make the leap on any car, even though I'm a Stang freak, until I drove it. I take good care of them, but don't own garage queens. It's about the driving not as much the detailing for me.

So... TBD I guess!

Same here ! As I really don't want to start from scratch all over again with having to make car payments..

At least my current 06 GT is paid off and still has a lot of good years left with only 10,864 miles on her

I most definitely love the full fastback greenhouse the most along with it's wider hips and IMO this is what Ford should had done with the current 05-14 S-197..

Other than that, I still love my current 06 GT just as much when it was brand new 8 years ago
