Regarding the teaser pic rear deck speculation, didn't we hear from people that had allegedly seen the car that the faux gas cap was still there?

 

The Jaguar F-Type is gorgeous. I don't like the new coupe version, but the convertible is one of the best looking cars out there, if not the best.

 

Clean, taut, tight and pert -- perfect, not a bit of flab, sag or cellulite on it.

As for the horsey icon, I imagine it's held on by two mounting pins and that a faux gas cap -- or any other number of ornaments -- could be just as easily afixed.

Yea, that hood gives some good clearance for a supercharger ! It is a different hood than the renderings have shown.

 

Seems like a lower roof line too.

 

Yeah, nice curves. But its not a Mustang. That was a generic place holder picture for the '13 LA show. In fact, they used the same image for every manufacturer
