Well, in lieu of any additional teaser pics, then yeah, discussions of the existing Stang rear end teaser, referencing other car's posteriors, seem on target enough.

Now, if we had more new teaser pics...

 

More teasing in this thread than this shady girl I dated in 94!

Seems like the countdown is mostly consisting of fan videos

 

 

Presuming everyone doesn't get put off by the tease if enough real flesh ain't shown. Rambling vids are the zipped snow parkas of tease, not even close.

 

Amen. Nothing worse then a strip tease that starts off with too much excessive clothing.

Give us what we want, take some time, but not too much time. Lol

What ? You mean the car under the car cover is not the 2015 Mustang ? Who is jerking us around with that kind of tease ? Car&Driver probably did not get as close to what the new Mustang will look like as some think.

 

Perhaps i'm off topic but I think that there is no real mystery to the car. The car and driver leak is probably legit they had a similar leak on the 2015 WRX and where spot on. I'm thinking that these teasers are coming slow because we already know so much about the car.

I'm curious more about the specs than the actual car itself. I'm also wondering how the tail lamps will look this time. I wonder if 2014 sales will spike after the 5th?

 

If they intend to tease anything, they can't get any slower. Only 10 days left before the big day!

 

I am gonna go with we are not getting any teasers. I thought we were gonna get 15 teasers but I have only seen one. With 10 days left it seems unlikely. I can't wait.

It all depends if the upcoming 2015 is what we're all expecting and hoping it will be once it's finally revealed.. If it meets everyone's expectations and is appealing then yes it could very well hurt the outgoing 2014 model in sales..

Otherwise everyone will want the last of the outgoing 2014 models instead as others have said before, some will like the new body style and others will not as it all depends on personal preference..

 

I remember people being unhappy with the 2010 model reveal yet 2009s were selling with hefty rebates. I guess the amount of how big the rebates are will depend on the initial reaction to the 2015. Either way I'm holding out hope for a GT500 update

 

And I was one of those people who didn't really care for the 2010-12 re-fresh as I didn't like those cheesy candy stripped tail lights along with the entire rear end valance as the *** end just appeared to look more bulky over the previous 05-09 models and looked more like it belonged on an SUV rather than on a Mustang especially with that black out panel on the rear bumper..

I also didn't care for the front fascia very much either, as the lower valance just gave me the visual impression of having Muttonchops on each corner lol.

But yes, your right it will all depend on how well the initial reaction is when the 2015 is revealed along with how large the rebates are with the outgoing 2014 models.. If they're hefty enough ? I'm sure people are going to ****** them up and especially those who may not be able to afford financing the 2015 models when they become available in July of 2014..

 

I don't think it matters, old is old and new is new. It seems like people generally want the latest, greatest. Enthusiasts are usually a minority.

 

I think enthusiasts can also appreciate the latest greatest.
