Supposedly these photos were taken from a reputable spy photographer.

 

I read on motortrend that the S550 may be behind schedule due to last minute changes. Anyone else hear this?

 

I've not heard that anywhere but hard information has been tough to get in general.

 

At least I'm not the only one who feels this way.

There wont be.... The first rendition was dumped and so were some of the people who was on the design team. We just had a visitor from Ford at our club meeting....

It might not be the next mustang or a mustang at all but I had some free time and came up with this...still a work in progress.

Perhaps that could be the Lincoln variant.

 

The Lincoln variant has to have full width tail lamps or it shouldn't be built.

Well, the June issue of MM&FF came and went............and they didn't use Johnny's new rendering, but we are promised it WILL be in the July issue.

Judging by the second teaser, it looks like the artist is going for the 'sharpness' seen in the recent C7 redesign. I could support that.

 

No c-scoop? It seems more than coincidental now that so many recent renderings have left that feature out. I'll try not to put too much stock in unofficial drawings of the car, but I will be disappointed if there isn't some semblance of the c-scoop. It's the most instantly-recognizable Mustang visual cue.
