2015 Mustang V-6 Vibration
Just picked up my Mustang V-6 Manual trans. 051A,love the car but I have a couple problems.Only have 400 miles and I live in upstate NY so I can't drive it to much this time of year.First it has a slight vibration and hum 60 MPH + it feels like a driveline vibration (I am a Auto Tech. 30+ years) could be a tire but I don't think so. Also the first time I put gas in it the pump kept turning off like it was full after I got to about 1/2 full, did get it full but had to fill very slowly. Just wondering if anyone else has had these issues? I will update when I find out anything on the vibration as this is something I can't live with. Thanks ,Bill

wow those are the two main reasons I got my 05gt lemon law'd. Sad to see that those issues still exist even 10 years later. I hope they can fix your car the first time you take it in. Keep all your service receipts, just in case. And at the gas pump try turning the nozzle upside down.

I've had four Fords with the capless system... and no problems at all with three of them... but the 2013 Escape just didn't want to take fuel probably 50% of the time. I read something somewhere about a 'vapor lock' problem, so I just starting sticking my finger in to push open the flap for a second or two before inserting the nozzle. That seemed to help. Depending on the pressure of the pump, there were times when even the 'slowest' flow was too much and would cut off almost immediately, repeatedly. Irritating.

We (wife and i) buy gas at an EXxon near our house. They seem to be 3 pumps out of the 8 that we have the problem you are having. This is with my 2011 Mustang and our 2014 Edge. They kick off and i think the tank is full, when i drive off the tank is only half full. We know which gas pumps do this to our cars and don't use them.
What i'm trying to say is, use a different pump and see if it works right

Yep, try a different station or various pumps if you are dead set on one gas station/store. I only had my 2015 kick off once early before the fill-up completed, but I found that I didn't have the handle far enough in. I re-positioned the fuel nozzle and set the handle to fill-up and it completed without issue.
As for the vibration, get it in early and often to have Ford address it. I had to install a $1250 dollar Carbon Fiber DSS driveshaft on my 2014 to cure the vibration issue, Ford didn't seem able or very willing to seriously discover where the issue was.
