Something about the way he makes these renders makes it not look good.

 

I think there is still hope for this car. Check out this render based off the CAD drawings. I hope it ends up looking like this. I am floored at how aggressive it is and I will definitely consider upgrading;

I personally can't wait, the red render looks good. I would prefer the back to look more like the Giugairo concept. The back needs to be aggressive just like Chevy did w/ the C7 Vette. I like the front from what we have seen from the mules.

All we can do is wait.

 

The tail lights look ridiculous in the render. I assume they look better in person, being transparent and all.

 

that red one looks GREAT, but can't say the same for the blue render (quite bland and ugly).

 

I'm really liking this one. I know other think it's too bland, but other's same the same about Audi but I like the clean lines. Just add a Pony emblem or GT logo on the side and I'll take it.

 

The red one kinda reminds me of the Subaru BRZ. I'd like to see a longer rear deck.

 

Um, no. This was based off of a Shelby pic. Definitely not from CAD files.

It does but the lids are very different. Again, these CAD drawings don't show dimension just some lines. I think it's very accurate in a lot of ways but not so in others.

That said, this looks right with the hips and other details like the roof and hood. I think these will look very good in person.

 

I think because this will be a world car, there will be several variations available and what we are seeing here is the most basic trim level.

so I am actually hopeful there will be much more aggressive looking versions to come.

 

Show us the **** cad drawings, not renders based off of them.

 

I am enjoying all this speculation about the new design. I congratulate Ford on keeping such a good secret. Keep the suspense going. Side profile in the above post looks good to me.

 

I thought the S550 was suppose to be wider and lower, this still looks narrow and tall

 

Looks like a Mustang , Fusion and a Taurus made a love child.

 

 

Yeah, I'm having a little trouble seeing anything resembling a chassis redesign there. Based on those renders it's almost identical to the current Mustang.



Somehow I doubt Ford went through all of the trouble to design an entirely new chassis that looks exactly like the old car.

lol yup exactly why I tried to modify Chaz's render, it annoys me that it still has the same dimensions as the current car
