Love it!! I think it has far smoother lines. So glad they went with the IRS, which I think everyone knew was coming, and launch control. Also read a new gearbox on the 5.0 too. Recently sold my 13 so looks like I know what I will be getting soon

Just says regardless of engine selection they will be paired with new and improved manual and auto gearboxes. Now "flappy paddles" on the 5.0 would be sweet

I love the interior...Especially the steering wheel. Not too crazy about the exterior but I bet it would look better in person.

I think the "3D" looking tail lights look strange. They look almost photoshopped, even in real pictures and videos. Do you guys think the Brembo wheels will still be offered? I hate all the new wheel choices on Ford's website currently.

I like it - not as much as my 2014, purely because I'm old school and like the retro look. The body shape really lends itself to be a convertible and is one cool looking ride, performance - too soon to tell. I am anxious to see the Boss and GT500 models down the line. I think the boys and girls at Ford did a pretty good job.

The car looks much better on the Ford site! lol I'm sure its a great car, and I will eventually get one. But, I'm in no hurry. Maybe in 3 years? I want the rumored 500hp 5.0 GT.

I bought my 08 GT at 0% for 72. They need to do that for the 14's.

Two things I'm looking forward to in a year or two from now is the Fastback version...I can imagine how the rear slopes back to meet the new aggressive slant deck lid/tail lights. Not a fan of the front, but hoping to see a Roush front lower grill design with fog lights.

Might as well chime in - I like it, but I like the styling of my '14 better overall. Will definitely take one for a spin when they arrive at the dealerships, but no strong urge to buy. No regrets at all fortunately in my choice to get a 2014!

But looks great and I can't wait to see how it drives in comparison to a 2014 GT

Interested in pricing though - wonder if the new GT will be a decent amount higher now that they have the turbo 4 slotted in between V6 and V8

Well done Ford, can't wait to see it in person.

For those of you who don't like the car...thats fine. We will see on how many of you end up selling the S197 for the new car.

I couldn't pull the trigger on an S197, even a GT500. Our family has been Mustang people since 1967. IMHO, this is the best one since 1969.

Now then, make mine a twin-turbo convertible with the 10 speed.

on the news they had Alan Mulally. He was asked about the price and he said something along the lines of "we want to stay true to Henry Fords thoughts of a car that everyone can afford". Lets hope that means cheap.
