2015 Mustang mule testing IRS spotted
I think a concept would be a good way to gauge interest. The 2003 concept gave you an idea of what it was going to be but it really didn't give you much. I just hope they don't drop the ball of this one. I'm debating on a current Gen gt500 or wait for the 2015
If the new body is going to be a fairly radical departure, it may be wise to have a concept version out early. There are going to be a number of people (on this forum, at least) who will be turned off by a car that is reaching for the future instead of the past. Having a year to get used to the concept, then seeing that the production car isn't quite as radical may condition people to accept the new style.
The only thing that will do is show their hand a year early.
People who won't like it, doesn't matter when they see it.
If they see it at reveal, they can have a whole year to get used to it and buy it the year or so after.
