2015 Ford Mustang: What to Expect (M/T)

They were the last Mustang that really had that rough around the edges rowdy muscle car feel to them. Say what you want about refinement and progress, I never got sick of that feeling that those cars gave.
I like the idea that the Mustang is not a car for everyone. I don't want it to become a sports car for the masses. At least not the V8 version. A grandmother could drive the new 5.0 without problems, and I feel like it has lost that "edge" it used to have. I realize there is no easy answer to a compromise between progress and still retaining this feeling, but I hope they at least manage to take things back a little to where they were as far as raw driving experience goes.
I subscribe to the magazine and thought this article was done poorly. Besides a small "Illustration By:" on the images, I don't believe they mentioned anywhere that what they were showing was their rendering. Considering they followed up the Mustang with real pictures of the new Bug it was quite misleading that those images are the new Mustang.

How about looking at it as an all new RWD platform designed to function and be flexible enough to provide for both a new Mustang and Falcon.... I mean really does it HAVE to be referred to as the Mustang based on a Falcon or Falcon based on a Mustang? Even back in 1978, the Fox platform was originally designed to spawn several different type vehicles in different sizes and it was not so much that a Mustang was based on a Fairmont as if the Mustang was an afterthought which it was not. The Fox platform was planned for variants from the get-go...
