2015 design changes
I like the 2015 and i think its a great Mustang for most people and they will love it. It will also increase the number of Mustang owners which in turn will increase the Mustang community and thats a good thing! That being said the 2014 is my absolutely favorite mustang. There is no angle of this car that i dont like, its just perfect to me! Especially the front end which takes me back to the 60's Mustangs, and the rear sequential tail lights! Ill probably never sell mine ;-)
Conversely, If the finger to the wind people are correct, and there is a change in Washington DC due to more Democrats being elected ( From `16-`28 ) to pass their environmental agenda at will. Expect Ford to slowly start cutting back on the output of the motors to keep the tree huggers happy.
Lots of late model used cars on the market with the likely potential of having weaker and weaker emissions restricted motors as each model year passes? Not exactly a bright future there.
The video was great. I have ordered the convertible. I was always intrigued about the difference in the rear of the two model types. The split fiberglass model completely convinced me that I had made the right choice. I much prefer the horizontal lines in the vert rear versus the coupe. A friend watched the video with me and loved the gentlle bulging rear fenders of the coupe.
Can't we all just get along?
Look back at the intro of any new generation of an enthusiast car and you'll see this SAME debate.
Yes, I'm in the "prefer the looks of the S197s" camp but I get what the S550 guys are into about the new car and I can see that too.
I like the S550 enough to consider the car on the merits of its performance and to figure out if it's enough of a leap just justify a trade-in.
Plus, the availability of Competition Orange is a HUGE plus.
