2013 GT500 to have a 600+ hp 5.8!?

I think Ford will take the 5.4 and enlarge it for model year 2013 to prove their spray bore technique will allow the bore to be increased. It will be another way to validate the spray bore process. In model year 2014, I think Ford will take the same 5.8 liter engine without the supercharger and put it in the Boss Mustang for a one year run as a Boss 351.

You just have to look at what Ford has produced in the past and what they are capable of doing today and then put the pieces of the puzzle together to get an idea of what they will do .

There's a difference between wishful thinking (I'd also like to see what a n/a 5.8 would be like in a 351 Boss.....and yes, it would be a nice nod to the past) and actual solid inside information. There are several members posting in these threads who's information will prove to be accurate.......as has been proven in the past. You just need to know who they are and then read a little more into what they are posting
