Whats with ford?
When your dealership has to make a warranty repair who do you think gets the bill for that repair? Ford motor company does. Therefore, if they can bill Ford for warranty repair they can just as easily bill Ford for the rental car that was needed while they had a car in for warranty repair.
The fact that they don't is simply because Ford motor company has gone cheap and refuses to pay for a rental for a day or two. They aren't the only company that has done this but it is who we are talking about in this case. Meanwhile Ford literally banks billions of dollars in profit every quarter. They can easily afford rental cars for those cars that have to stay in for warranty work for longer than 24 hours.

I wouldn't mind staying without a car just for that day, but I know with the problems I'm having with the car I know it will take some says. That's why I was just asking if they could give me a rental or something (it's the dealership I bought my car at). They said no... I have some engine noises that are NOT normal! I can also hear some rattling on the right side of the windshield. Now with the engine issue I know it will take more than a day to fix, which I think it's fords job to provide a rental... I'll suck it up and when I get the chance I'll take it to the dealership. Around 4 months ago I took my car there and they wanted to provide a vehicle... Now they don't? Umm wonder why..

By the way a good friend has a 1 year old Buick Verano that started having an issue with the transmission. She took it to dealership and they didn't even try to give her any problem. They gave her an Enclave to drive while they fix her car. Guess GM still has a clue. lol
I don't need or want a rental nor do I want to pay slightly more for a new car from a dealer because they have to make up the cost of providing rentals. That's why I have a car for each day of the week.

So let me get this right. You're worried about the "slight" price increase that a company "might" put on a new car to cover the cost of rentals and in order to avoid having to get a rental you have purchased, maintain and keep tags on seven cars altogether? That's just stupid.

Your logic is what's stupid. I don't have seven cars to avoid a rental. I have ten cars because I can. A rental is ****ing pointless to me. I'd rather drive one of my own than a **** rental.
Does that make it clear for you?
lol Yea, you're saving a lot of money on rentals by owning ten cars. lmao. Must be Texas math.
