I just picked up a 2013 GT Premium (with the base sound system) a couple weeks ago and for some reason, whenever I use the volume **** to turn up the volume on the radio, sometimes the volume will actually go down significantly and will keep essentially mute itself. I'll turn it up and it will go back down on it's own (as in all the way down). This only happens with the actual ****, the steering wheel volume control works fine. This only happens sometimes and i've had to turn the radio off and back on to resolve it occasionally.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is this just a setting I need to change or is there a problem with the system?

I have turned off the speed compensated volume setting and it's still a problem.

I'll take it to the dealer and see what they say. I hope I can replicate it, it happens about 1 out of every 6-7 times. With my luck I'll show up complaining about it and it won't happen haha
