This morning I was following too close behind somebody in light traffic moving 80+ MPH - they swerved, I didn't have time-I hit a five gallon bucket, dragging it for a mile before I could pull over. Lower valance was ripped half way off, bucket pinned under front bumper

I limped to lowes, picked up a cheap socket set, got the car drivable and made it home

No mechanical damage, front bumper is trashed, every mounting point underneath is ripped apart

GT500 front end here I come.

Sucks! Sorry to hear this, what highway were you on? I hate the Houston area highways, flying crap everywhere. I try my best to not ride to close the car in front of me just for this reason.

So, you can cross that off your bucket list.

Glue is your solution. Just use an epoxy and it will hold. You will never notice. It's designed to be ripped off so it doesn't pull your bumper off.

**** that sucks. But the GT500 bumper should look great! At first I thought the GT hood would not fit with a GT500 bumper, but I guess I was wrong http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forum...r-2013-gt.html

Why is this under Warranty Issues though?

Sorry to hear of your loss. I "touched" a parking curb with the valance and broke one tab of the many under there and scuffed up the splitter. Maybe the upgrade to a GT 500 isn't such a bad idea!
Please post a photo afterward, and if possible prices?
