My sync worked like a charm for a few months when saying " call xxx". Now it always comes back with the wrong name from my contact list. Anyone have this issue or know a fix?

 

Have to say the sync isn't my friend either. I do like having it but I know what you mean

 

Had this problem on my wife's 2010 V6 Mustang. It was fixed under warranty by replacing a defective module in the synch system somewhere behind the console. It's been fine since, however on rare occasion you have to be more clear on your voice command.
