scraping squishing sound
I've driven 150 miles so far on my 2014 GT. I started noticing this scraping and squishing sound when it is either on 1st or 2nd gear when I am going around 15mph. Anybody else come up with this sound?

I wouldn't worry about it to much spark. Let it break in, after a couple thousand miles a lot of the little things like that should clear up. If not, or it gets worse drop by the dealer.

I think I know what you're talking about. I also wouldn't worry about it, as manuals make more trans noise than autos. Mine makes some noises in 1st at low speeds too.

Took it to the earlier today to get an "official" diagnosis. The transmission specialist said that it is a normal sound on a manual. The official diagnosis said "transmission rattle noise occurs at 1st and 2nd gear on light acceleration is NORMAL gear engagement acceptable operating condition. Caused by the contact pattern of these gears, per workshop manual section 308-03A. He said that the sound may or may not disappear.
