Random Misfire CEL

So during a spirited drive through the mountains I get a CEL. Turns out to be a Random Misfire. The car felt fine. No loss of power, no rough idle.

Anyone else get this code during some hard driving? Am I ok to just clear it? or should I just go to the dealer?

Also, some time before the CEL. TC and Advancedtrac turned off on it's own. I was able to turn them both back on about 15 seconds later.

On a car that new, I'd take it to the dealer for sure. CELs shouldn't happen in normal driving on a brand-new car.

Seems like I read one of these and it was a loose ground on the passenger side fuse box. Just a guess. Dealer/warranty best bet.

Would the dealer do anything if they found out I was beating on it?

What's that mean? Banged the limiter a couple of times? Drive good for a week - redline is good but bag out 500r's under.

Any word on this? My traction control kicked on for no reason a couple hours ago, so I stopped the car and shut her off... Turned her back on, and it's idling rough now... Sounds like the opposite problem, but they might be related...

They cleared the code and most likely reset the PCM, they then told me to do a drive cycle.

Hasn't come on since, 2,000 miles later but I haven't been canyon carving either. I'm not worried about it coming back on though.
