Northwest paint protection mess!

This is just sad to buy a new car and have the dealer turn into a used car! Still trying to resolve issue with dealer! There is white wax all over the black plastic on exterior! Tire shine on windows! Interior lathered with some shiny armorall stuff on all the plastic interior,, that every bit of dust sticks to! I would not do that to a used car let a lone a new one! Oh and they have tried cleaning it,,,,,, It was two days old when it was made to look like this!

The interior should clean up with one of the good interior cleaning products.

The wax on the plastic trim could be an issue. A local dealer did that in my '07 Vert.....then covered it with that trim dressing.....then replaced the trim.....

I am just trying to decide if I want to let them try cleaning it one more time. I know wax on plastic sucks we show cars at cruise ins and my son is a detailer! I should have known better! The insurance seem worth it! Now I don't now what to think when they say it protects it from fading but already looks faded! The 2013 deep impact blue, premium package, pony package, track pack car Is getting a lot of attention,

Before letting them do anything, see if they would pay for a professional detailing....not at the dealership. Also, ask what is being done prior to authorizing any work.

Well I talk to my dealer and I want to believe they want to make it right! So I am going with "good faith" and let them try.

Peanut butter will get the wax off. Smear it on, wash it off.

I was going to suggest vinegar. Should take it off without hurting the plastic. I haven't tried it, but WD-40 may also work.

I was just going to chime in that you could have taken it to a professional detailer and give the dealer the bill. A professional detailer can (if they are worth it) fix the issues you stated. I am not sure where you are located but i know here in NY its a booming business.

per zaino website, washing a vehicle with dawn dishwasher soap strips wax. I would try that first.

I Tried peanut butter and back to black...yes the work fairly. I bought some turtle wax black detailed because I have a black car. I was amazed that it can be sprayed on plastic to make it look new! Try it and trust me. I've tried them all.

Black detailer by turtle wax. It's in a black spray bottle.
