Paint issues not fixed

So I drop off my car to have the dealership paint the entire quarter panel under warranty, only to get a call today stating that my car was ready, but the didn't repaint the quarter panel. Then they proceeded to tell me that they are not confident that the could do a good job if they had to do that.rhey never told me they weren't reprinting the panel. So what should I do?

After comaining, they said they would repaint the entire panel. But now I feel like they will do a crappy job because they tried to tell me that the job would have been crappy if they did it. I'm not sure how to handle this situation. Wtf is wrong with dealerships.

If its under warranty, find another dealer that has a body shop.

After a face to face conversation, they are fixing it, and they are also fixing some other stuff for free. There was a bit of a communication error, but its ok as long as its fixed.

Hi mikeyt03,

I can get this escalated for you, if you’d like. PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, best daytime number, and the steering concern your vehicle is having so I can help.
