If it were my new Mustang that I just laid oud some hard earned cash they would. The assembly line made a goof, or a faulty part was installed; I would be intitled to be made whole again.

Sounds like you're good underneath the carpet. I would ask fo a new mat and have the whole area cleaned, if nothing else to just remove any residual odor.

so my invoice paper states "inspect vehicle found brake fluid leak in clutch. Master cylinder replaced clutch master and bleed system to correct concern"

Is this something I should be concerned about? Is it possible that the clutch will be forever ruined? Sorry I'm panicking

Nothing to worry about. The clutch is always engaged until you disengage it. If the clutch was affected with the leak you wouldn't have been able to shift into the next gear. The leak was minor.

I actually just removed the pedal assembly 2 weeks ago to fix squeaks coming from the clutch master cylinder and brake pedal. I had some brake fluid drip onto my carpet and just cleaned it using brake clean. Some brake clean versions are basically dry cleaning solution so I just tested it a bit on the carpet and then just sprayed the area. There wasn't much fluid loss to clean.
