Got a little whine

I lowered my car with the BMR springs and went with the MGW shifter all in the same day. My car has a whine/knock to it that kinda sounds like the driveshaft. Is there a way to correct the pinion angle and if so whats needed?

I have read that there is more interior noise with some of the aftermarket shifters....
