Drive shaft, transmission or clutch

Hello fellow Mustangers. I Have question. I was driving home from work tonight and started noticing THST at stop lights when I go to take off I'm letting the clutch out and jm getting a really bad vibration for a split second . I'm driving a 2012 GT 6 sp manual. Could this be the clutch. Drive shaft of transmission.?

Update. Something new I have never came across. I was having the vibration when taking off and letting the clutch out. Well, I filled up my gas tank and the vibration stopped. But once I get down to 1/4 tank the vibration comes back. Now I have lowered my car 1" in the rear about a year ago and never had this problem. I did checked my pinion Angel when I lowered it and all was good. So why would it start vibrating now I checked the U- joints and the look and feel ok. But is this something I need to have checked by the dealer. I still have a warranty. Or has anyone came acrossed this problem yet?
