I appreciate the bump.

No one is responding from Ford CS. My car is at the dealership now - SoCal is awful for service; there are no Ford dealers with stable heavy line crews. All of the dealerships' service depts are in constant change and disarray.

5K miles after having the rear diff, DS, and some tranny parts replaced under warranty, the car is back to the prior condition. It took 2 months at a diff dealership to fix this and countless time off being turned away from my original dealer's service dept after they failed to find anything wrong.

My car is at 14K miles now and I can't have this car going out of warranty with this drivetrain issue constantly reappearing. I honestly regret buying this car due to this. Sorry for my tone, but I'm pissed off and no one at Ford CS is responding.

Maybe she's working on it for you?

What happened? That's not something I want to hear with my 2014 GT Track Pack 2 weeks away...

It takes a day or 2 for Ford customer service to respond. They have always called me back.

I’ll get back to you soon, fdesalvo. I was out on Monday, so I’m playing catch up. Thanks for the thread!
