Check engine light in cold weather

i have had my CEL flash a couple times since i got it

run a report and nothing shows, now it did it friday night and tonight

all are same scenario

colder weather (temps vary - 50*,30*,15*), under acceleration

tonight it kinda sputtered, i can't get the report run while the light is still flashing

is this an PCV system issue?

i would suspect water in the fuel, but it first happened the beginning of october...and since then i put several tanks thru going to vegas and back

Misfire maybe? One guy just posted he was getting an occasional misfire so the code wouldn't store. The Dealer finally pinned it down and there's a new TSB on it. 12.12 something IIRC.

Hi CHDS PNY,

I’d like to escalate this to the customer service manager of your area and help get it resolved. Please make an appointment with your dealer for diagnosis, and PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number.
