Are you just tapping the button, or holding it to turn it off?

You need to take that car to the dealer.

Please make an appointment with your Ford dealer for diagnosis as soon as possible and PM the ford customer service person so she can escalate this for you. Hopefully she won't cut you in front of all the other people that had their cars there for service before you, but from what I have seen your case will be a little high profile than the other customers that have been waiting for service.

They better let me cut.. This isn't the first time my car has been in the shop.. In October my tranny ****ed up on me and it took them two months to put an new one in it and now this problem! I just got it back and only put 600 miles on my new tranny

Hey Zackery C,

I agree with, Glenn. Please make an appointment with your Ford dealer for diagnosis as soon as possible and PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, and contact info so I can help.
