2012 Mustang GT Squeaky suspension came back after dealer fixed it.
I have a 2012 mustang gt stick with just 800 miles on it. A month ago I took my car to the dealer for a squeaky suspension in the front. After taking it to the dealer the mechanic said it was a bad control arm. They replaced both front control arms and the squeak was gone. Now a month later it came back. When I go over a bump at a low speed I can hear a squeak coming from the front. Thing I don't get is if they replaced the front control arms with new ones just a month ago how can it mess up again?

Based on what happened with my wife's 2009 Passat Wagon, it could be a bushing problem, VW had control arm bushing problems, no recall, but a service letter to take it in if the car was making noise. Had them replace the bushing at 24000+ miles and no more squeek. I would suggest you have the dealer check to insure the bushings are seated properly, and all the attachment points are tight.
Definitely return to the dealer since they did the work.

Dealer "techs" have become nothing but parts replacers. It's easier and they make more money this way than actually diagnosing a problem. Sway bars don't go bad. A simple lubrication of the sway bar bushings with the correct lube would have fixed the problem. Likely the OP has a similar situation.

Could you message me with your VIN, contact info, mileage, and dealer? I’d like to get this escalated for you.

FYI, mine has the same issue. They called the Ford Hotline, and Ford gave the dealer a list of things to check on the car. I strongly suspect LCA bushings.

alright now this is getting frustrating, the noise came back! The squeak in the suspension came back, I just made another appointment with Di Blasi Ford, in Corona NY on Wednesday. I don't understand what's wrong

the silicone grease spray they used wore off. That was a bogus fix....

They told me they replaced both control arms, I guess this means it's the bushings too. They didn't say anything about bushings. After the silicone grease and the new controls the squeak noise came back a month later. It was good for a month after the fix.

One would presume they did, but given the noise returned, I wonder if they did. Or as mentioned above, perhaps there was a bad batch of parts.

yeah it was probably the bad batch of parts. So when i take it to the dealer wednesday should I tell them this or just don't say a word and just tell them the suspension is acting up again with the same exact noise.
