Question 2011 GT Slave Cylinder Kaput

My clutch started acting weird last Friday.

Clutch pedal took 3 inches of travel to engage and then got progressively stiffer as the pedal was pushed to the floor.

I took it in to the dealer and, after the service manager's usual warnings about " we won't cover it of you are abusing your clutch", they dropped the tranny/driveshaft and found a bad slave cylinder; which is covered under warranty.

The car is my DD, which I bought new 10 months ago. It has 12K miles, no performance mods, and it has never been to the track nor the dragstrip.

My question is:
Other than the obvious clutch function, is there anything else I need to check or test when I get it back?

Thanks.
