Yes! Finally some aftermarket gauge faces for the GT
Mine just shipped, hopefully they'll be at my house when i pull back in.
Though I am kinda in a pickle, I have that terrible little dash rattle from that crome ring around the speedo, and i dont want to install this and then try and take it in under warrenty, because obviously they'll blame me for replacing the face.
Maybe I could just take it in, and in the process of them fixing it, have them install the new face? Thoughts?

I doubt you would be able to convince most dealer service departments to install that type of modification for you. They tend to want to stick to factory procedures and they generally worry that they might have to replace expensive parts (gauge cluster) if they make a mistake.
Installation is quite simple and there is no "ripping" involved...
Lower the steering wheel to its lowest position. Carefully pull off the gauge trim panel (it is held in place by clips). Remove two screws and unclip the gauge assembly. Reach around back and unplug the electrical connector. Take the gauge cluster inside. Mark the needle positions then carefully remove the needles. Remove the gauge face and replace with the new one. Carefully re-install the needles. Assemble in the reverse of the disassemble process.

Okay, just received my gauge faces and the included instructions are making me have significant second thoughts about installing them.
The instructions on their website said to remove the needles by gently prying straight up using something flat like a pair of butter knives.
The instructions that came with the gauge faces are quite the opposite. They say:
Gently prying straight up made sense assuming a splined shaft. Twisting to remove does not make sense if the needle shaft is splined - it will just damage the splines.
I am sending them an email to get clarification but there is no way I will be attempting this over the weekend unless I get some more information.

Removing the pointers is tricky as the motors are very fragile. Professional installation is recommended. To remove the pointers, turn them counter clockwise past their stopping point, and around several times to loosen the grip, then, continuing to turn counterclockwise, very gently pull upward on the pointer in an unscrewing type of motion until the pointer is freed. It is very important to not pull up on the pointer without turning it to loosen first. Never pull straight up on the pointer.
